Joni Faulkner

Joni has been in the health insurance industry for 35 years. She started with Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC as a Customer Service Representative and then later as Account Manager in the Large Group market in 1995. In 2006, Joni joined an independent agency where she remained in Account Management until joining the Employee Benefits division of Flatlands Insurance Group in January of 2023.
